Player Achievements?

Hmmm...

World of Warcraft's achievements system will launch with more than 500 individual achievements covering every aspect of gameplay, including world exploration, PvE, PvP, professions, and character development; from the purely whimsical to the truly epic, there will be something for everyone. Some achievements come with in-game rewards such as tabards, vanity pets, and titles. All of these rewards are purely cosmetic and just for fun, but you'll certainly stand out when you proudly display them.

And on another note, I have noticed an annoying change with the new patch, mainly the addition of level 30 Mounts... Example:

So&So: Can you loan me gold for my mount?
Lalar: Do I know you?
So&So: No, can you loan me gold for my mount?
Lalar: Go quest for it hun, lots of gold in quests
So&So: I pay back, plz let me have gold!
Lalar: *sigh* no
So&So: high level nub give me gold!
Lalar: yeah, now I'm really not going to, and guess what, ignored.
Player So&So Added to Ignore List

And I am seeing it on Trade, General, and open chat... more and more. "Giv me gld plz kthx"

*sigh*

I understand wanting a mount, my goodness I was VERY excited for mine, but I am lucky enough to have a fabulous guild behind me helping me raise the gold.. but I still had majority of it saved up. Yes, this awesomeness came as a surprise and not very many lowbies had the money for mounts, but they should have been starting to save for level 40 anyways.

Hmm, about 20 mins til I go home then it's WoW time (after I feed kiddo and get him settled with some toys) YAY! Weekend! Weekend! Weekend!
